Buying from Solviqueo

Solviqueo provides the digital tools described on this website. Solviqueo operates as a UK sole trader business, not a limited company, and is the seller of these tools. For support, complaints or cancellation requests, email hello@solviqueo.com. Check the product description, compatibility and total price before placing an order.

Payhip provides checkout and digital delivery. A payment service handles your chosen payment method. Using these providers does not remove the seller’s responsibilities or your statutory rights.

Your purchase

Our listed tools are one-time digital purchases without recurring software subscriptions. The checkout shows the product, currency and total amount payable, including applicable charges or taxes, before you confirm payment. No physical product is sent. ApplyHarbour is not currently available for purchase.

After successful purchase, use the download page and the download link in your email receipt. Keep your receipt and a copy of the original download.

Software and compatibility

Read the relevant product page before buying. Downloaded apps require a browser capable of running local HTML and JavaScript, with storage and downloads available for the relevant functions. Phone file-preview apps may not run the editor. Product guides describe known limits and the scope of documented testing.

Licence and your own information

The product-specific licence applies to your use of the editor. Our licence page summarises permissions; the licence supplied with your version contains the full terms. Your own entered information and generated documents remain yours. Do not resell or redistribute the editors contrary to their licences.

Keep editable backups of your work. A one-time purchase does not itself promise lifetime updates, hosted customer access, live collaboration or guaranteed support hours.

Responsible use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or misrepresent Solviqueo. Each tool has a defined scope: for example, a planner does not automatically carry out the real-world tasks you record in it.

Problems and consumer rights

See Purchases & refunds for cancellation and product problems. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to website wording do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
