A straightforward start, and help when you need it.
Open your download
After purchase, use your download page or the download link in your receipt. Check your email’s spam folder if the receipt has not arrived. Extract the ZIP, then open the product’s HTML file in a browser that supports interactive local HTML. You do not need development tools, a local server or a subscription.
Keep a copy of your work
The apps save in the same browser when local storage is available. Use the product’s JSON backup option to keep a portable, editable copy. Make a backup before clearing browser data, moving the app or changing browsers or devices. CSV, text, HTML and printed reports are not substitutes for editable backups.
Phones and tablets
Some phone file viewers display HTML without running its editor or allowing storage. Read your product’s compatibility notes before buying. Local editing on iPhone/iPad is not recommended for this collection. A responsive layout does not guarantee that a particular file viewer will run an app.

Email hello@solviqueo.com for product or order support. Include the product name, order reference, browser/device and a short description of what happened. Never send payment-card details or passwords. Remove private information from any example or screenshot you share.
